At RTI CABINETSā¢, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your cabinetry. If you are not happy with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Shipment
Carefully repackage the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided shipping labels to your packages and schedule a carrier pickup or drop them off at an authorized shipping center.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
