Standard orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most customers receive their cabinetry within 2 weeks of purchase.
Do you offer a warranty on your cabinetry?
Yes, all RTI CABINETSā¢ come with a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What is your return policy for home cabinetry?
Unopened and unassembled cabinets can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Custom-designed layouts or modified units are non-refundable.
Do the cabinets come with hardware like hinges and handles?
All units include soft-close concealed hinges and drawer glides. Decorative hardware, such as knobs and pulls, are sold separately so you can customize the final look of your space.
